SHIPPING INFORMATION -
We ship all orders from our warehouse in the south of England - we ship worldwide!
Delivery options are as follows -
UK (domestic)
Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) - £3.99 or FREE for subscriptions or orders over £70
Express Delivery (DPD Next Day) - £6.99
International (overseas)
Standard Shipping (DHL Global Mail Tracked, 10-14 business days) - £8.99 or FREE for subscriptions or orders over £70
Express Shipping (FEDEX Express, 3-5 business days) - £19.99
(Please note, we are planning to open a European Fulfilment center very soon which will enable us to offer much cheaper and faster international shipping!)
All orders placed before 4pm UK time are processed on the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays) you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@spacegoods.com with your name and order number
