Terms & Conditions – 90 Day Challenge Plan

By purchasing Rainbow Dust via the 90 Day Challenge promotion, you agree to the following terms:

1. Subscription Commitment

1.1. If you choose the £24/month 3-month supply subscription plan, you agree to a minimum commitment of 3 orders (billed and delivered monthly), in exchange for the lowest price.

1.2. If you choose the £24/month 3-month supply subscription plan, you will not be able to cancel your subscription until 3 orders have been billed and dispatched.

1.3. In mitigating circumstances where you need to break this agreement,  contact support@spacegoods.com and cases will be assessed by circumstance.

1.4. You will be able to skip an order via your online account, and this will not count as a completed order.

1.5. After the minimum of 3 orders have been dispatched, you will automatically roll onto a month-to-month subscription plan at the same price of £24/order.

2. Reward Eligibility

2.1. Only active subscribers are eligible for the Reward.

2.2. Subscribers become eligible for the Reward only after:

a) At least 3 subscription orders have been placed and delivered, and

b) 90 days have passed since your first order.

2.3. One-time purchase customers can become eligible for the Reward if:

a) 90 days have passed since their first one-time purchase, and

b) They have since activated a subscription.

2.4. Any orders or subscriptions that have been refunded, fully or partially, are not eligible for the Reward.

3. Reward Claim Process

3.1. Eligible customers will receive an email and SMS invitation once they meet the Reward conditions. Customers must be subscribed to our marketing emails in order to receive this message.

3.2. Customers must claim their Reward within 30 days of receiving the invitation.

3.3. After this 30-day period, the Reward offer will expire.

4. Reward Delivery

4.1. You must have an active subscription at the time of claiming and delivery in order to receive the Reward.

4.2. The Reward will only be shipped with your next Spacegoods order meaning that an additional subscription order must be placed in order to receive the Reward.

4.3. The Reward will be shipped to the address noted on the active subscription at the time of claiming.

5. Reward Details

5.1. The Reward consists of one 30-serving pouch of Astro Dust.

5.2. Spacegoods reserves the right to substitute this product with a different product of equal or greater value, at its discretion.

6. General

6.1. Spacegoods reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Reward program at any time, without prior notice.

6.2. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or credit.

6.3. By participating in the 90 Day Challenge plan, you agree to these terms and conditions.
